All You Can Eat Etiquette
Please adhere to the following simple guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:
- Please take only as much food as you can definitely consume. Our buffet offers a generous selection at any time, so feel free to return for another serving whenever you like. We recommend starting with smaller portions first, and if you feel like it, come back for more flavors.
- Please treat the food with respect and try to avoid waste. Unfortunately, food left on plates goes to waste. Some restaurants charge an extra fee for leftovers, but we do not practice this. We respect our guests, and it is important to us that costs do not exceed the predetermined prices. In return, we only ask that you approach this responsibly and take only as much food as you can eat.
Enjoy your time with us! We welcome you every time, and our goal is to make your visit truly pleasant and memorable. Don’t rush, take as much time and food as you like – our table is always open for you to enjoy another serving of delicacies.
Conditions
Children’s discount: free for children aged 0-2 years, and 50% discount for children aged 3-12 years. One adult person can take up to one child under 12 years, two adults can take up to two children under 12 years.
Up to one child under 12 years of age per adult and up to two children under 12 years of age per two adults can use the discount.
The latest possible start time for lunch is 15:00. If the meal starts after 15:00, it is possible to eat at the lunch rate until 17:00 or to choose the dinner package, which entitles to 2,5 hours of lunch / dinner.
For a set amount in the above time periods, guests can choose from an unlimited selection of Ape Regina’s ‘All You Can Eat’ menu. This includes unlimited quantities of our full food and drink menu listed below.
In case of group bookings (over 10 persons), your reservation is considered final once the deposit agreed with our staff during the booking process has been paid (in person at the restaurant or by bank transfer to the restaurant’s bank account).
To splitting the bill is NOT possible over 4 person.
We kindly request you to finalize the number of guests at least 48 hours before the arrival. In case of not informing us of any changes, we are going to charge the whole amount. We do accept only 1-person correction on the spot.
Please let the staff know about your intolerance and allergy necessarily.
