Table Booking
DEAR GUESTS!
Before booking a table, please read our booking conditions below and also our Terms and Conditions.
Reservations can be made during opening hours (12.00 – 24.00 every day) by calling +36 30 779 75 45 or online from 0-24 hours using the following interface.
When you make the booking, please include children regardless of age in the number of guests you want to book!
TABLE RESERVATIONS BY PHONE
Table reservations can be made during opening hours (every day from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM) by calling +36 30 779 75 45.
Reservations can be made by phone for up to a maximum of six people.
ONLINE TABLE RESERVATION
To finalize All You Can Eat and Drink reservations for 7-20 people or À la Carte reservations for 7-12 people, providing credit card details is required. The reservation is only valid after the credit card details are provided and a confirmation email is sent by the system.
Cancellations are free of charge if made at least 12 hours prior to the reserved time. The credit card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Charges will only be applied in cases of no-show or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the reserved time.
For no-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours, a cancellation fee of 5000 HUF per person will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
RESERVATIONS VIA EMAIL
Reservations for All You Can Eat and Drink for over 20 people and À la Carte for over 12 people can only be made via email at info@aperegina.hu.
For group reservations, a deposit is required, and the reservation is only valid after the deposit has been received and confirmed by us.
Please note that our team responds to emails on weekdays between 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Messages received outside working hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please be aware that only one dining option can be selected per table, either “All You Can Eat and Drink” or “À la Carte.”

HOUSE RULES
Your table will be held for 15 minutes from the booked time. Please call us to inform us of any delay, as our system will automatically cancel the reservation after 15 minutes. In the case of a late arrival, we will not be able to extend your stay.
Please note that separate payment is not possible in our restaurant for groups of more than 4 people.
All you can eat and drink tables are available for 2 hours at lunch on weekdays, 2.5 hours at dinner and on weekends and public holidays. If you want to stay longer, we can provide this by charging the extension price valid in the All you can eat and drink system depending on the restaurant’s occupancy.
In the case of All you can eat and drink consumption, you can change the final and actual number of people by a maximum of 10% of the original number no later than 12 hours before the reservation date. We can no longer take into account the changes indicated within 12 hours, we can make +/-1 main correction on the spot.
In the case of A’la carte consumption, we provide a table for 2 hours for up to 8 people, 2.5 hours for more than 8 people. If you want to stay longer than this, please let us know during the reservation, but we can only guarantee it depending on the occupancy of the restaurant.
If you wish to change the number of people included in the A’la carte reservation, please inform our restaurant at least 12 hours before the booked time.
Our kitchen closes 1 hour earlier than the restaurant, please take this into account when arriving and making a reservation.
Please note that bill splitting is not possible for reservations of more than 4 guests.

For reservations of more than 6 people, bookings can only be made via email at info@aperegina.hu.
