Ape Regina Kft. treats the personal data of visitors confidentially, in accordance with the legal regulations in force, ensures their security, takes the technical and organizational measures, and establishes the rules of procedure necessary to enforce the relevant statutory provisions and other recommendations. Ape Regina Kft. treats all data sent to it through the use of the website with the same protection as if it had been made available to it in any other way. When drafting the provisions of this Notice, the company took into special consideration Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information ("Infotv."), Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Ptk."), Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Conditions and Certain Restrictions of Economic Advertising Activity ("Grtv."), Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services, and Act C of 2000 on Accounting (regarding the issuing and retention of receipts), Act CXIX of 1995 on the Management of Name and Address Data for the Purpose of Research and Direct Marketing, as well as Act VI of 1998 on the Promulgation of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg on January 28, 1981, as well as the recommendations of the "ONLINE PRIVACY ALLIANCE".

The Data Controller is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and users, considers it of paramount importance to respect its clients' right to informational self-determination, treats personal data confidentially, does not disclose it to third parties, and takes all security, technical, and organizational measures that guarantee data security. there is no longer a way.
2. Legal basis of data processing, basic principles during the data processing of the site
Based on Section 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, the Data Controller processes data solely with the voluntary consent of the data subject and only to the extent necessary to use the services of the Data Controller. 3. Data of the website visitors
The pages of the website can be visited without providing any personal information. During the visit to the website, aperegina.hu may record the IP address of the users, the time of the visit, and the address of the viewed page - for technical reasons, and for the purpose of generating statistics on user habits. In order to provide customized service, the provider places a small data package, a so-called cookie, on the user's computer. By using the website, the user agrees to the provider placing a cookie on their computer. The provider, as a technical contributor, may ensure that during the visit to the website, third parties cooperating with the provider, in particular Google Inc., use cookies to store if the user has previously visited the provider's website and may display advertisements to the user based on this. The user is able to delete the cookie from their own computer or configure their browser to block the use of cookies. Furthermore, Google ensures that the user can disable cookies placed by Google on the page used to turn off advertisements displayed by Google (https://www.google.hu/privacy_ads.html). By registering, the visitor of the website also subscribes to the newsletter containing the services of the Data Controller or information related to them, which is sent periodically. During subscription, the user must provide their name and a real email address. The Data Controller uses this data solely and exclusively for the purpose of sending newsletters, does not connect it with any other data, does not use it for any other purpose, and does not forward it to a third party for data processing. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, in which case the Data Controller will immediately and irreversibly delete the email address from its system.
4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The subject of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is the terms of ordering the deposit for booking at the Ape Regina restaurant via online card payment. The subject of the service is that the Provider allows the Customer to confirm their booking in such a way that the Customer immediately pays the full or partial amount of the booking to the restaurant using card payment based on their own decision. The Provider validates this with an advance invoice issued to the specified email address. The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Data Privacy Policy above.
By using the website, the Customer acknowledges the following:
4.1. Method of storing personal data, security of data processing
The Data Controller selects and operates the IT tools used during the provision of the service for managing personal data in such a way that the managed data is:
– accessible to those authorized to do so (availability);
– its authenticity and authentication are ensured (authenticity of data processing);
– its integrity can be verified (data integrity);
– protected against unauthorized access (data confidentiality).
The Data Controller ensures the protection of the security of data processing with technical, organizational, and structural measures that provide a level of protection appropriate to the risks associated with data processing.
During data processing, the Data Controller preserves
– confidentiality: protects information so that only those authorized can access it;
– integrity: protects the accuracy and completeness of the information and the processing method;
– availability: ensures that when an authorized user needs it, they can indeed access the desired information, and the related tools are available.
4.2. Access to data, rights of the data subjects, possibilities of legal remedy
The data subject may request information about the processing of their personal data, and may request the correction of their personal data, or – with the exception of data processing mandated by law – its deletion.
At the request of the data subject, the Data Controller provides information about the data managed by them or processed by a processor commissioned by them, the purpose, legal basis, duration of data processing, the name, address (seat) of the data processor, and their activities related to data processing, as well as who and for what purpose receive or have received the data. The data controller provides the information in writing, in an easy-to-understand form, within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but no later than 30 days.
The Data Controller deletes personal data if its processing is unlawful, the data subject requests it, the purpose of data processing has ceased, or the legally defined period for storing the data has expired, or if it has been ordered by a court or the Data Protection Commissioner.
The Data Controller notifies the data subject of the correction and deletion, as well as all those to whom the data was previously forwarded for data processing purposes. Notification may be omitted if, in view of the purpose of data processing, it does not violate the legitimate interest of the data subject.
The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data if the processing (forwarding) of personal data is necessary solely for the enforcement of the right or legitimate interest of the data controller or the data recipient, unless the data processing was mandated by law;
– the use or forwarding of personal data is for direct marketing, public opinion polling, or scientific research purposes;
– the exercise of the right to object is otherwise permitted by law.
The Data Controller examines the objection – with simultaneous suspension of data processing – within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but within a maximum of 15 days, and informs the requester in writing of the outcome. If the objection is justified, the data controller terminates the data processing – including further data collection and data transfer – and locks the data, and notifies all those to whom the personal data subject to the objection was previously forwarded, and who are obliged to take action to enforce the right to object, of the objection and the measures taken based on it.
If the data subject does not agree with the decision made by the Data Controller, they may appeal to a court against it within 30 days from its notification.

4.3. Registration

The Customer is obliged to provide the personal data requested by our colleagues during registration (name, email address, phone number), as well as billing data, truthfully. Unless the Customer decides otherwise, Ape Regina may periodically send information about its services in the form of a newsletter to the electronic contact address provided. The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list at any time.
4.4. The purchasing process
Using the data provided during registration, the restaurant issues an advance invoice to the Customer, which is forwarded to the specified email address along with the unique, secure online card payment link. By clicking on the link, the Customer arrives at a closed, online interface pre-filled with their personal data, where they can pay the pre-agreed amount with their credit card. We will send a confirmation of the received amount – after it is credited to the invoice – within 24 hours to the email address provided during registration.
4.5. Deletion of registration
Purchasing is always subject to registration. Registration can be initiated at the phone number +36 30 779 7545. The Customer is obliged to provide the personal data requested by our colleagues during registration (name, email address, phone number), as well as billing data, truthfully. Unless the Customer decides otherwise, Ape Regina may periodically send information about its services in the form of a newsletter to the electronic contact address provided. The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter mailing list at any time. The Customer is entitled to have their registration deleted at any time in a message sent to the Provider's info@c.zello.hu email address. The Provider conditions the deletion of registration on appropriate identification and on the email regarding the deletion arriving from the email address specified for the Customer's account, to ensure it can be verified that the deletion of the registration was initiated by the authorized person. The Customer's user data will be removed from the system immediately after deletion, however, this does not affect the retention of data and documents related to orders already placed, and does not result in the deletion of this data. 4.6. Right of withdrawal and order cancellation
In case of full cancellation of the booking, to avoid abuse, our restaurant is unable to refund deposits paid by credit card. An exception is made if, for technical reasons, the deposit cannot be deducted upon departure (e.g., due to a late transfer, it has not yet been credited to our restaurant's account. In this case, the full balance must be paid upon departure). If, due to unexpected reasons, the booking cannot be utilized at the pre-agreed time, the Customer is obliged to inform the restaurant at least 5 days prior to the date, and the restaurant will try to reschedule the booking to another time by offering a new appointment. In case of a timely change of date, the amount of the deposit will be credited to the new booking date. In case of full cancellation, as well as cancellation not exceeding 5 days, the amount of the deposit paid by credit card is considered the cancellation fee, so we are unable to refund it regardless of the payment method. Deposit amounts transferred from a credit card cannot be converted to cash, bank account money, or other cash-substitute payment instruments. If the booking is canceled in agreement with the restaurant, but the countervalue of the booking has already been paid, in case of complaints or claims related to the order prepaid with a credit card, the refund of the countervalue of the ordered service is made according to the rules of credit card payment; please report your price complaint in writing to the email address info@c.zello.hu.
