Legal basis and principles of data processing

Based on Section 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Information Self-Determination and Freedom of Information, the Data Controller processes data solely with the voluntary consent of the data subject, and only to the extent necessary to use the Data Controller's services. The Data Controller stores the data in a secure manner, in proportion to the purpose of the data processing and for the duration necessary for the purpose of the data processing.

Website visitors' data and Cookies

The pages of the website can be visited without providing personal information. During the visit to the website, aperegina.hu may record the users' IP address, the time of the visit, and the address of the viewed page - for technical reasons and for the purpose of generating statistics on user habits.

The Data Controller selects and operates the IT tools used during the provision of the service for managing personal data in such a way that the managed data is:

• Accessible to those authorized (availability);

• Its authenticity and authentication are ensured (authenticity of data processing);

• Its integrity can be verified (data integrity);

• Protected against unauthorized access (data confidentiality).

During data processing, the Data Controller preserves confidentiality (protects information so that only authorized persons can access it), integrity (protects the accuracy and completeness of the information and the method of processing), and availability.

Access to data, rights of data subjects, and legal remedies

The data subject may request information about the processing of their personal data, as well as request the correction or - with the exception of data processing mandated by law - deletion of their personal data. The data controller provides the information in writing, in an easy-to-understand form, in the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but within a maximum of 30 days. The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data in cases specified by law. The Data Controller examines the objection within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but within a maximum of 15 days.

If the data subject does not agree with the decision made by the Data Controller, they may appeal to a court within 30 days of its notification. Complaints regarding data processing can be lodged with the court or the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information:

Purchase, Registration, and Cancellation

Purchase/booking is subject to registration, which can be initiated by phone at +36 30 779 7545 or online. The Customer is obliged to provide the requested personal data truthfully. With the data provided during registration, the restaurant issues an advance invoice for the Customer, which is forwarded to the specified email address along with the unique, card-based online payment link.

The Customer is entitled to have their registration deleted at any time by sending a message to the Provider's email address info@aperegina.hu. For proper identification, the restaurant requires that the request comes from the Guest's registered email address in order to perform the deletion.
